通知 | 深国交第二轮入学考试试考和正式考试安排

        参加入学考试的考生需要在电脑上安装考试软件：易考客户端，此软件用于考试；需要在手机上下载监考软件：AI云监考（优巡），此软件用于监考。下载和安装方法在考生个人主页“在线考试”板块有详细说明。

        为保证7月4日线上考试能够顺利进行，学校为考生安排了试考，时间分别为6月25日、26日和7月3日（北京时间 09:00-16:00），您可选择参加任一日期规定时间内的试考。同一天内一位考生可以进行3次登录试考。当天第一次试考结束后，如果还想再进行一次试考，打开考试软件后，点击“重做/查看成绩”方能进行第二、第三次试考。

        试考（和正式考试）时准考证号码为报名时填写的证件号码，末尾带X或证件号中带字母的，请使用大写的字母输入。港澳台证件号中有括号的，需去掉括号。

        试考仅用作考试设备及网络调试，帮助考生熟悉考试系统，不记入正式考试成绩，无需关心考试系统自动打分系统给出的“0”分成绩。

对于7月4日的正式入学考试，请各位考生注意以下事项：

1、考试时间：

考试、监考系统的允许登录时间：7月4日上午8点30分

英语考试：7月4日上午9：00 – 11：20

休息时间：7月4日上午11：20 – 11：30

数学考试：7月4日上午11：30 – 12：20

2、英语考试：

考试时长：140分钟

满分：200分

英语考试分为5个部分：写作（20分钟）、口语（5分钟）、听力（32分钟）、词汇和语法（48分钟）、阅读（35分钟）。

说明：英语作文需要通过电脑键盘输入，不可以手写于纸上拍照上传。

3、数学考试：

考试时长：50分钟

满分：100分

题型：选择题、填空题。

说明：数学填空题答案要通过电脑键盘输入，无特殊字符，不可以手写于纸上拍照上传。

4、考试过程：

每道题完成作答后进入下一道题，不可退回上一道题查看或修改；

每个部分在设定的时间结束，然后进入下一个部分开始答题；

每场考试均要求在规定时间内完成；

英语考试可以考试结束前40分钟提前交卷，数学考试结束前20分钟提前交卷；

考试结束后，没有交卷的同学，系统会自动提交试卷。

5、面试：取消面试。

Announcements on SCIE Online Entrance Examination

Under the current epidemic situation, SCIE will conduct 2020 Entrance Examinations online. The 2nd round of Entrance Examination will be held on July 4th.

Please notice that candidates should download 2 applications: download Yikao APP on your computer to take exams; download AI Proctor Online on your phone for invigilation. Please login the home page of candidates to check detailed guidelines of downloading and installing the 2 APPs.

In order to make sure the Entrance Examination goes smoothly on the test day, SCIE will conduct a trail exam in advance to test the online exam system at 9:00-16:00 (Beijing Time) on June 25th,  26th and July 3rd. Candidates can choose any of the 3 dates to take the trail exam and login the system at the designated time 3 times at most in one day.

Both in the trail exam and the formal exam, the candidate number is your ID number which has been filled in your application form. If your ID number ends with  X or  there are letters in your ID number, please type in capital letters. Brackets in Hongkong,  Macau and Taiwan Certificates should be removed.

The trail exam is just for testing your exam equipments and internet, thus help candidates get used to online exam system. The scores will not be counted in formal exam results.

As for the formal entrance examination on July 4th, candidates should pay attention to the following items:

1.  Exam Time:

Candidates can login the exam system and invigilation system from 8:30 am, 30 minutes before the test.

English Exam Time: 9：00 – 11：20 am

Break: 11：20 – 11：30 am

Mathematics Exam Time：11：30 – 12：20 am

2. English Exam:

The English Exam will last for 140 minutes. The full scores are 200.

The English Exam includes 5 parts: Writing (20 minutes), Speaking (5 minutes), Listening (32 minutes), Vocabulary& Grammar (48 minutes) and Reading (35 minutes).

The Writing session should be input via computer keyboard. It is not allowed to write answers on papers, then upload the photos of papers to the computer.

3. Mathematics Test

The Mathematics Test will last for 50 minutes. The full scores are 100.

Question Types: multiple-choice and fills-up. No special character.

4.  Exam Procedures:

When candidates completed answering a question, he/she will move to the next question automatically and cannot return to the last question to check or make any modification.

Each session of the exam papers should be finished within the specified time, then move to the next session.

Each test should be finished within the specified time.

Candidates can hand in English Test papers 40 minutes before the test is over, whereas handing in Mathematics Test papers 20 minutes before the test is over.

The Exam system will submit your answers automatically if you haven’t handed in your test papers when the time is up.

5. The Interview has been canceled.
